Uninstalling USB Drivers
This method is normally used to troubleshoot issues such as the computer is not recognizing your Phoenix Audio Product.
The common cause if due to a pre-existing installation of a similar USB driver/device.
STEP 1
Unplug the USB and plug into a different USB slot.
If that does not resolve the problem, reinstall the USB drivers.
In order to reinstall the drivers please follow the instructions below.
STEP 2
- Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
- Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers category, then right-click under USB Composite Devices and select Uninstall.
- Restart the Windows Computer
